    Provess Flexible Benefits is a closely held corporation that was originally formed in 1984 in the state of California, as New Liberty Administrators. We have specialized in complete installation and administration of IRC Section 125 Cafeteria Plans since 1985. In addition to Section 125 Plans we have become a leader in the field of voluntary worksite employee benefits.

    Our many years of experience make us not only the premier "Third Party Administrator" but also the choice of hundreds of brokers and agents throughout the states.

    Provess' Clients

    Provess' ultimate customer/client base includes any business, organization, institution or insurance production resource that is owned or operated by, employs, serves, and/or partners with culturally diverse minority groups that are traditionally under served by the life, health, senior health, and disability insurance industry.

    Market segments range from small and medium to large commercial accounts. They can and do include commercial enterprises, banking and financial institutions, professional organizations, associations, social program constituencies, nonprofit organizations, and public sector entities.

    Provess' Products and Services
    SECTION 125 (FLEXIBLE SPENDING PLAN) ADMINISTRATION

    Provess has installed and administers Cafeteria Plans for over 1,300 corporate clients in many states with approximately 60,000 employees. We currently save these companies more than 12 million dollars annually. Provess:
  • Conducts group and individual meetings with all employees
  • Completes all consent and waiver forms for employee signatures
  • Documents filings with the Department of Labor (if necessary)
  • Provides complete administration and support
  • Prepares Plan Documents
  • Prepares Summary Plan Description
  • Prepares ERISA Document (if necessary)
  • Verifies and tests for compliance with federal regulations
  • Performs ongoing monthly maintenance
  • Prepares monthly reimbursement vouchers and checks
  • Assists with claims processing to ensure timely payments
  • Operates in accordance with IRS regulatory compliance

    Provess structures and administers either a "Full Flex" Cafeteria Plan or a "Premium Only" Cafeteria Plan, at very competitive rates.
