CANCER INSURANCE PLAN (Heritage Provider)
Most people have no idea of the non-medical cost of cancer, which can exceed the medical cost by a ratio of 2-3 times. This plan is considered the premier plan offered at any price. Over 30 benefits are paid directly to the insured in addition to any other insurance benefits. Additionally, these benefits are paid directly to the insured, not the hospital or doctor.
The plan pays specified amounts for each of the coverage areas. For example, $2,000 for the first time internal cancer claim (initial diagnosis), up to $450 per day hospital (no limit on days), surgery up to $9,000 (depending on surgery), radiation and chemotherapy benefit $300 per day, $9,000 per month and over $100,000 annually. The plan also offers a wellness benefit; mammography and cervical cancer screening pays actual charges or a minimum of $50 annually. This plan also includes $300 per day for intensive care, for any reason. The monthly rates for this plan are $26.42 for individuals and $46.91 for families.
