    Provess Flexible Benefits is an insurance and administration resource providing flexible spending (Cafeteria) plan administration, COBRA administration, voluntary worksite employee benefits sales and service, and life insurance sales and service.

    Provess works closely with insurance companies, agents, and brokers to serve the insurance product, cafeteria plan, and COBRA enrollment needs of their policyholders and clients, which includes the employees of commercial enterprises, banking and financial institutions, professional organizations, associations, nonprofit organizations, and public sector entities.

    The company originally began operations in California in 1984, and has since expanded its geographic presence to include the Midwest, the South, and the East Coast.

    SERVICES

  • Employee enrollment: includes on-site paper and laptop enrollment, and bilingual call center support and enrollment.

  • Section 125 Flexible Spending Account (Cafeteria Plan) enrollment and administration including transportation, medical/health, daycare, and related accounts. Services include electronic transfer of funds from employers, and electronic reimbursement to employees, 2009 compliant Plans, and support documentation.

  • COBRA enrollment, compliance, and administration services including reporting and notification, call center support, management of elections and premium payments.

  • RESOURCES

  • Salaried enrollers / team facilitators in the Midwest and the West Coast; a growing 1099 enrollment team across the country; two salaried bilingual enrollers (Spanish and English), access to additional language enrollers, e.g. Mandarin, Vietnamese.

  • Customer Service Representatives providing all case support services, with an average of-seven years administration experience in the company.

  • LICENSES

  • Salaried employees are Life and Health licensed in 38 States. Other enrollers and representatives are individually licensed in the States in which they reside.
