Cardiovascular disease and stroke costs are approaching one half billion dollars each year. This is for direct costs which most of us have insurance to help with and indirect cost which most of us never think about.
This plan pays over 20 benefits directly to you regardless what you receive from any other plan. This plan pays specified amounts for each of the coverage areas such as $200 per day hospital, $100,000 heart transplant, and up to $9,000 for surgery.
Monthly rates: Individual $21.26* Family $41.24*
(*These amounts include $300 Intensive Care Rider)
