To our valued customers, based on your feedback, Provess initiated the process
of implementing a new system to improve service and functionality for our FSA
products. It has been a bumpy road. And we thought that the timeframe to get
up to our normal turnaround time on reimbursements would be much quicker.
However, changeovers like this do have "glitches". We believe we are very close
to completing this process and we expect our service levels to return to our
pre-change level by mid-March. Most of our clients have been with us for many
years.
